Return Policy:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping container. An RMA request will not be approved after 15 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Authorization Number. Please call our customer service department at 405-246-9138 to discuss your return options and/or to obtain an RMA number. Please do not write the RMA number on the software box. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
Only unopened packaged software is returnable up to 15 days from receiving your product. Opened, written-on, or installed software is not returnable. Defective software will only be replaced with the "similar kind" software. Any OPENED NON-DEFECTIVE NOT INSTALLED software in perfect condition may be returnable at our sole discretion and is subject to a 20% processing fee. For Licensing returns, you will be charged a 5% processing fee. All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of RMA issuance. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all registration cards-disks-CDs-manuals-licenses-etc. in perfect condition.
Trial Versions of software are usually available from software manufacturers. It is the customer's responsibility to try software or become familiar with the software before they purchase from us. We do not offer trial versions.
OEM software is not returnable unless the software is defective and in such a case will only be replaced with the "similar kind" software.
"Return to Sender Packages or Refused Packages" are subject to a 5% Restocking Fee.
Oem Software Shack reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with at our discretion.
These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products due to piracy issues.

Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, and possibly a refusal of your return.

Our goal at Oem Software Shack is to provide quality software at discounted prices. If there is any software that is not on this website you need to please contact our sales department. OEM software is intended to be sold with new machines or hardware.

If you are purchasing OEM software, you agree that you are purchasing the software for resale or distribution with new computers or other hardware. Oem Software Shack will not be held liable for misuse or misrepresentation by the purchaser as to the use of this software.

OEM software is non refundable unless software is damaged during shipment. Full retail software can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the product has not been opened.

Also as a customer you agree by submitting this order that the sale will be processed by OEM Software Shack Diverse Internet Solutions LLC. You agree that you will not dispute this charge and If you do you will pay the money owed and the penalties by the processing company. Penalties for resolving a dispute with Visa or Matercard is $40.00 and you will be responsible for that penalty.
